Located in downtown Temple, this historic building sat vacant and in disrepair for years until new ownership envisioned restoring its classic facade to attract future tenants. Pillar crafted a design that thoughtfully preserves the original brickwork and glazed tile details, while keeping in mind flexibility for various tenant opportunities. To enhance the street-level facade and engage the pedestrian path, a modern storefront system and corner canopy replaced the boarded up windows, reintroducing natural light into the building interior.
