Located along the I-35 corridor in Temple, TX, this existing brick building will be updated with modern yet welcoming office spaces, where functionality meets sleek professionalism. This office renovation features a complete interior demo, allowing the client’s day-to-day security and operational needs to drive the layout of new partitions, ceilings, lighting, and modern yet welcoming finishes. The new floor plan facilitates seamless connections between private offices, conference rooms, copy/flex room, and a spacious break room that doubles as an entertainment space for clients.

Integrating work environments with outdoor spaces, this renovated business space also features a private yet protected patio area designed for employee relaxation and hosting clients. Ease of maintenance and balanced materiality were at the forefront of the patio design, featuring a custom breezeblock layout integrated with painted steel elements and brick backdrop for the client logo facing towards the highway.
