Bruce W. Hoelscher, AIA, Leed AP, is a Licensed Architect in the State of Texas who began his career in 1989 and joined KPA’s subsidiary Pillar Architecture Studio (PAS) in 2022. Bruce has designed and managed a wide variety of commercial projects in both the public and private sectors. In addition, Bruce has extensive experience in municipal, state, federal, higher education, and international project experience. As a Principal of PAS, he provides project management, leadership, and direction; and will be responsible for completing the project on time and within budget. Bruce has experience with developing and enforcing QA/QC plans. In addition, he has experience with peer, technical, and constructability/biddability reviews. Bruce’s experience allows him to comply with applicable laws, codes, and regulations. He has performed architectural design services on many projects and has worked with numerous clients to deliver successful project completion over the past 33 years.
